Delivery information

We process all orders on a daily basis and do our very best to get them delivered to you as soon as possible. We aim to despatch orders on the next working day, but this may not be possible at busy times.

We offer free standard UK delivery for all orders over £50. For orders under £50 we charge a flat rate of £5.99.

We currently use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries, using Tracked48 as standard. Please allow 3-5 working days from ordering for delivery. If you are in a hurry to receive an item please email us to explain the situation and we'll do our very best to help.

You can also collect from our shop in Macclesfield, just select the Click & Collect option at checkout. Click and collect orders are usually ready to collect within 24 hours (during shop opening hours).
