Ever looked at an old receipt, a vintage postcard, a train ticket, or a random sticker you've been inexplicably carrying around for six months and thought: I can't throw that away? Congratulations, you're already a junk journaller!

Junk journalling is the joyful art of turning life's scraps, treasures and tiny bits of nonsense into beautiful, messy, meaningful pages. Think scrapbook meets diary meets creative chaos. No artistic talent required, just a willingness to stick things down and have a good old natter while you do it.

Join Sian from Wild Hearts Art Club at our shop in Macclesfield for an evening of cutting, sticking, layering, collaging and chatting. We'll provide a journalling goodie bag for every guest, plus a glorious communal stash of papers, ephemera, stickers, stamps and all manner of crafty treasures to rummage through.

Come alone, come with a mate, come because your brain deserves two hours away from emails and doomscrolling. A cosy evening of creativity, conversation and making something wonderfully imperfect.

Feel free to bring your own journal (BYOJ) or start afresh with a new journal which you can purchase on the night with an event discount of 10% off all stationery. The workshop is suitable for all abilities (age 16+), and all journalling materials will be included along with drinks and nibbles.
